Last night while perusing the aisles of Target, the candy sales yelled at me. Massive bags of mini twix bars and tootsie rolls and m&m's and all that good stuff that we can't bring home just yet, or we will eat it all. Instead, I made what I considered a noble move to buy flintstone chewable vitamins. For my health of course, not just because they're delicious and remind me of being a kid.
Then I got to thinking...what else is this awesome—shaped and colored for our enjoyment. Well, there are a lot of things. Here are ten of 'em!
1. Animal Crackers

Heads or tails? Always a tough question...what should I bite off first?
2. Apple Jacks

A nice bowl of and some Saturday morning cartoons (while still in pajamas)....a great combination.
3. Mother's Iced Animal Cookies

I was very sad when I heard these were on the out. Forunately, I think someone kindly made some knock-offs.
4. Lucky Charms

Are you one of those who eats all the marshmallows?
5. Gummy Bears
The best game is building your own bear. Mix n' match tops and bottoms. You know how it goes.
6. Gummy Worms
My favorite are the blue and orange ones. Learn what they're made of here!
7. Gold Fish

I can't stop and I won't stop. Eating goldfishies, that is.

Well, I haven't had an orange one but now I better find one for Halloween.
9. Swedish Fish

Ah, a stoplight of colors. This isn't a Dr. Seuss book. I like the red best.
10. Flintstone Chewables
